Great customer service as soon as you enter the facility. Britney is an amazing manager that will explain everything to in detail. Come check her out if you need a unit to rent

Britney was a great help for my first time using a storage unit. She was patient and worked with us to figure out the best space for us. There was some discrepancies between what I was told on the phone (Calgary office) and what actually turned out to be at the location but I took it in good faith and assumed it was due to it being a new location that just opened. Going in person is a better experience overall.

Staff are great! They are professional and very helpful in a stressful situation. The facility is bright and easy-to-use. I love the features of the loading bay and complimentary flat hand carts that are available on site. If I could give more stars, you would get them all!

Just signed up with access and I was really pleased with the sign up process. The employee in the store front was friendly and helpful. The units are very clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend Access Storage
