It all started with my phone call to access storage. The young man, Mohammed on the phone was polite and professional. From the moment I walked into your store, I noticed that the cleanliness. Your store manager, Britney, assisted me. Again, I was treated with personable professionalism.

I love this place! First, their customer service is top notch. They are fantastic here, super friendly, accommodating and responsive. I dealt with Brittany a few times prior to renting and she was awesome. The facility itself is really nice and super clean! 24 hour access is a huge plus, not to mention the lights and heat in the units. I love when you open the door to your unit the light automatically comes on which is great for night time. One thing To note as well… the space down all the laneways is huge so it doesn’t matter what type of vehicle there is a ton of room to move around. The gate system they have is impressive which was one of my fav things when you go in and out lol.

I recently had an excellent experience with Access Storage. The customer service was outstanding; the staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and friendly. It's a relief to know I can access my storage unit 24/7, which adds a great deal of convenience. I highly recommend Access Storage for their top-notch service and accessibility.

This company as a whole was a great experience. No units were available online, but through great customer service, I think Ari was her name, found one for me. I was delayed on my move and the very kind people at the storage location waited for me and explained everything in detail. The unit looks great, everything is new. 10/10

The main vehicle entrance gate needs to go left to right, not up and down! Also, the gate has had other issues. One day I went there and a guy was stuck on the inside with his vehicle because the gate was stuck down. Went back a couple hours later and he was still stuck! If I had gone earlier, our vehicle would have been too. [*Just his vehicle tho to be clear, you can walk through the building and get out a side door*]. The gate has been stuck up at least once that ive seen so idk if its happened more than that. Nut back to the first point, more importantly, if that gate ever fails and drops, its a lawsuit or worse waiting to happen. I highly recommend this advice go to the owner and changing the gate. Other than that, it is exactly whats advertised.
