Apple Self Storage

We have been using Apple storage for a year now and we are very happy that this is the place we picked ! It’s secure, out of town, super friendly and helpful staff and they check the units every night which gives us piece of mind that our belongings are safe and secure.

Very friendly, always respectful and place is clean and peaceful when walking in to talk to workers .great prices aswell.

My experience with the Apple Storage location on Read Road in St Catharines has been excellent!!! A secure location in a convenient area to access. Gated and locked entry that prevents those who do not have a unit from accessing the area. The office staff are wonderful to work with. Very caring and kind people. I highly recommend this location, great price, great location, great staff!!!

We accompanied a young friend today. We were greeted cheerfully and treated so well. Cathy was kind, generous, able to answer all our questions including the ones we didn't know we had. She gave our friend the opportunity to leave one key with her to avoid future issues which was an excellent idea! She was helpful, offering a dolly as needed and even opening the gate for us. We would recommend Apple Self Storage in St. Catharines!

Great storage facility. During our move to Niagara this is what we needed. After 18 months in storage it was time to bring our belongings to our new home. We had a double unit filled with, solid maple furniture, patio furniture, exercise gear, mattresses, lamps, a car and other items. We did stop in occasionally to make sure nothing looked damaged or smelled strange. Each time everything seemed OK. We did worry that mold or vermin would find a home in our belongings, since we didn't intend on storing for 18 months. After two winters and a summer and a half, all our belongings were as fresh as the January 2023 that we loaded the unit. No mold or mice in the car, the mattresses, or furniture. The maple furniture just needed to acclimate to our new home as the doors and drawers regained clearances. There was just some rust on a few barbell plates that were in contact with the cement floor. Those were the only items less than perfect. I was not expecting everything to literally be as we left them. Our possessions were safe, the whole time. This really speaks to how well this storage facility is maintained. Thanks to all at Apple Storage St. Catharines for helping us have a perfect start to our new home in Niagara.
